The Opportunity
The Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and implementation of effective ABM programs that meet the growth objectives of the business, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top target account list and accelerating existing opportunities. The role will also support positive relationship with key partners within the Marketing and Sales organization.What you'll Do
Work with marketing team to develop ABM campaigns
Perform marketing research.
Own and manage multiple Account Based Marketing platforms like DemandBase, Marketo etc.
Develop and maintain a database of named accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people
Identify the most effective marketing messages (via A/B testing), value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts in the regions to drive continuous optimization of campaigns.
Execute ABM programs across channels to generate sales pipeline.
Supervise and communicate results to Marketing and Sales leaders
Own all aspects of the account-based marketing tech stack, including evaluation of additional tools
Requirements
5+ years of experience in account-based marketing or similar field, with the desire to learn more about account-based marketing
Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition
Demand Base experience is a plus. Knowledge of Marketo, G2 Buyer Intent Data etc. is desirable
Knowledge of CRM system especially Salesforce
Able to clearly communicate new insights, products, and campaigns to both internal and external partners
You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Confirmed ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.
Experience building and delivering of field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs, and partner activity.
Experience working both independently and within close teams in a fast-paced remote work environment, balancing multiple projects simultaneously
