Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for closely monitoring the implementation of civil works of watersheds and compare the quality of works with the detailed project report
- Civil work site identification, marking, execution, taking measurements and recording
- Maintain the watershed records as per the sanction letter
- Verification and certification of civil works
- Map completed treatments as per SF Nos and update on monthly basis
- Technical training of supervisors, VWDC and Farmers.
- Maintain well inventory
- Register for daily rainfall, recorded within the watershed and survival rates of the saplings planted in the watershed.
- Assess the impact of the area and drainage line treatments works and submit quarterly / seasonal report.
- Participate actively in the VWC / Village level meetings and appraise the participants on the civil related works and its importance in watershed
- Proactively participate and contribute to works assigned as per the need of the project.
- Any other work/ activity as and when assigned.
