Job Description

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, target-hunting & recruiting candidates
• Conduct phone screens & initial in-person Interviews
• Track & Fill open positions in the least possible time
• Handle Joining formalities/On boarding formalities

Requisite Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills
• Hands on experience in Talent Acquisition. 6-12 months of recruiting experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri.com (Keyword search, Boolean search, Mass mails, job postings etc.)
• Expert in scheduling in-person & telephonic interviews.
• Expert in making daily phone calls for head hunting.

Education:

• MBA-HR or equivalent industry experience

Work location/timings

• Sector 57, Noida
• 2pm- 11pm (IST), Mon-Friday (5 day workweek)

Transport

• Pick & Drop back from office to home will be provided
