Dear Candidate,

We have Urgent Opening with CMM Level 5 Company for the Position Performance Tester for Bangalore Location.

Please find the below JD for your reference.

JD Performance Tester:
Roles: Lead and above.

Strong hands on experience Loadrunner/Jmeter
Strong in Any monitioring tools.
Strong client communication skills, able to operate on onshore/offshore model.

Years of Exp for : 7+ Yrs
Work Location : Bangalore
Looking for the Immediate Joiners
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners (0-20 Days)

Experience in Performance Testing & Performance Engineering
Strong experience in Jmeter, API Performance & LoadRunner
Good Experience in programming languages - C & java
Strong experience in Performance Monitoring using Dynatrace
Strong experience in identifying the Performance bottlenecks
Identify the RCA of Performance issues & provide recommendations to Dev team to resolve & improve transaction performance
Strong experience in analyzing the Performance Results
Generate Test Analytics
Strong communication skills & customer facing skills

Soft Skills:

Communication / Interpersonal Skills - Competence to collaborate and work smoothly with clients with confidence
Analytical Skills - Detailed analysis of customer requirements and to be able convert that into appropriate design and code
Problem Solving Skills - Ability to manage and monitor bugs / errors and find relevant solutions quickly.
