Job Description

Dear Candidates,

We are hiring for leading life insurance company,

This role will have performance linked bonus. Its more ofafter sales / support role, wherein the employee may investigate getting the medicals of customer, process documents to underwriting, complete the process of policy, prepare, and publish dashboard, MIS.

Broad Job Responsibilities:-

Providing sales support to the Sales BM of the partners branch
Ensuring the support to the partner in convincing the customer while sourcing the Group product whenever required by the sales BM of the partner
Handling queries about Login / Issuance / Product Queries / Activities
To address After Sales Service Issues
Scrutiny of member form of the product before submission for issuance
Scheduling the medicals for the customers where required
Clearing of the additional requirements if any for the issuance post UW decision
