Job Description

Urgent | Hiring for customer support (Voice process)

Process name : Inbound(Voice)

Required qualification - Graduate with prior experience in voice process ( 6 months to 2 years),

No freshers

Salary : CTC - 20K-30K

Take home - 16K-27K

Shifts : Rotational shifts : Between 7 am to 10 pm

Rounds : 2 ( 1 telephonic and 1 face to face)

No : of open positions : 10

Required languages : English and Hindi ( Fluency in both)

Incentives if any - None

Work from office requirement, 6 days working, Location - Bommanahalli, Rotational week off
