Desired Candidate Profile
1. Sound technical knowledge and hands on experience in telecom passive infra equipment like DG set, AMF, PIU, SMPS, Battery bank, Air conditioners, FCU etc.,2. Should be strong at MF office, POWER POINT and MIS reporting of activities regarding IME operations.
3. Responsible for all IME KPI s like PM, CM, PM Quality, Asset verification etc., if any added time to time and ensure Teja is getting reward in these KPIs.
4. Ensure necessary reporting to Indus as and when asked by Indus IME/SME team and ensure there are no Escalations.
5. Ensure Equipment fault rate is less than specified and minimise spares and other repair cost to the company.
6. Responsible for Managing all IME resources including circle team, specialists (DG/AC/BB) and ensure their efficiency and productivity is met always and maintained as per management expectations.
7. Coordinate with various SMEs (PIU/SPS/SPSM/SMPS) etc., in closing the complaints to maintain required uptime, automation levels as per Indus /management expectations.
8. Attending to cluster/zonal/circle office reviews with necessary data and progress representing Teja.
9. Ensure to implement all necessary proactive measures to minimise and if possible, make major issues zero.
10. Monthly forecasting for PM materials, consumables, critical spares etc., for meeting PM, CM and ensure to maintain to meet KPIS, MSLs as specified by Indus.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
