We are hiring for Oracle Service Cloud position across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Noida locations.
Responsibilities
- Very strong technical consultant who can Provide Functional/Technical Leadership to CX Engagements
- Provide Solution for customizations/integration in CX
- Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution
- Gather functional/technical requirements in CRM-CX
- Perform Quality Assurance at the unit and system levels
- Provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption
- Guide junior team-member in delivery of their customizations and ensure the solution approach is as per the best practices
- Follow the project through to the successful adoption of the solution
- Form and test hypotheses based on a methodical examination of detailed evidence
- Design and implement robust systems and processes, running an efficient and organized operation.
- Undertakes complex analysis and traces performance implications through complex data, or in dealing with complex situations
- Formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the interrelationships and interaction between elements
- Arrive at coherent conclusions through a consistent application of reason and rigorous analysis
- Deliver to clear outcome-based targets and measures
- Work with a strong sense of urgency towards getting the job done
Picking new areas/product feature/technologies evolving in Oracle Cloud
Requirements:
- 6+ years of work experience in at least 2 (two) of the following products:
- Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow/B2C Service Cloud)
- Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)/Oracle Intelligent Advisor(OIA)
- Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)
- Service Cloud (B2C Service Consultants) must have
- Knowledge of PHP/MVC frameworks/HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Service Cloud Connect
- Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA):
- End to End functional Implementation of OIA with any of Oracle Cloud products.
- Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)
- End to End functional Implementation of OFSC
- Knowledge of other products such as OEC/CPQ/Marketing/Commerce Cloud a plus
- Experience of integration between CX and non CX/third party applications using OIC/SOA/ODI preferred
- Experience in SOAP/REST APIs and JSON data processing
- Knowledge on VBCS/OJET framework a plus
- Knowledge of Plugin development for OFSC consultants is good to have.
- Appreciation of UI experience.
- Should be able to liase with the different groups (support, development etc)
- Excellent Client handling skills
Should have handled atleast one project involving complex UI customization, Complex integrations and High Volume Data Migration
