Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prescription Validation Review the doctors Prescription, checking their Validity and legality
• Prescription digitization in OMS screen
• Outbound Calls- Contact Customers in order to Digitize Prescription and create Order for all Prescription upload cases.
• Educate the customers on Medicines dosage
• Ensure 100% adherence on SOPs and Process guidelines
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls.

Desired Candidate Profile

• ONLY Male Candidates are preferred.
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
• E-Commerce background preferable.
• PREFERABLE candidates from online pharmacy, retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy.
• Dispensing experience is required.
• Good knowledge in Brands and Molecules
• Sound Knowledge on Therapeutic classification of Drugs
• Candidates who can join us immediately to within max 15 days period.
• Candidates with any backlogs please do not apply.
