Roles and Responsibilities
KEY RESULT AREAS
1) Attend all General Mechanical Maintenance, Break-down Maintenance and Lubrication of Machinery & Equipments.
2) Attend periodical preventive maintenance schedules of all Machinery & Equipments and maintain their records from time to time.
3) Preparation of material indents for all Mechanical Spares/Equipments as per the requirement.
4) Ensure to follow all the Safety Guidelines and address the issues within least possible time.
5) Ensure coordination and carryout activities/assignments within the schedule time.
1) Attend all General Mechanical Maintenance, Break-down Maintenance and Lubrication of Machinery & Equipments.
a) Responsible for overall general Mechanical Maintenance activities during shift such as cleaning, overhauling and lubrication of all machinery & equipments from time to time.
b) Responsible to ensure smooth functioning of all the Machinery & Equipments by avoiding break-downs time to time.
c) Responsible to take immediate action on Machinery Break-downs and address the issues on time.
2) Attend periodical preventive maintenance schedules of all Machinery & Equipments and maintain their records from time to time.
a) Responsible to attend periodical preventive maintenance schedules of Machinery & Equipments like Crates Cleaning Machines, Compressors, Boilers, D.G. Sets, Forklifts, Packing Machines and all types of Motors as per schedule.
b) Responsible to maintain and update checklists/records on day-to-day basis and submit to the concern Shift In-charge-Maintenance from time to time.
3) Preparation of material indents for all Mechanical Spares/Equipments as per the requirement.
a) Responsible to prepare material indents for all mechanical Spares and Equipments as per the requirement in coordination with immediate Incharge -Maintenance Operation.
b) Responsible to coordinate with stores/purchase team and get indented materials as per the schedule.
4) Ensure to follow all the Safety Guidelines and address the issues within least possible time.
a) Responsible to regular follow of safety guidelines as prescribed and communicate the same to down the level people for better understanding.
5) Ensure coordination and Carryout activities/assignments within the schedule time.
a) Responsible to coordinate with Operation & Maintenance teams and ensure to carryout activities/assignments within the schedule time as assigned by the InchargeMaintenance operation.
Mandatory - Should be the Native candidate for the given location
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Dairy Industry shall be an added advantage and should know the local language (Telugu).
