Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Mandatory-
- Good understanding of Infotainment System and Domains like Power Modes, Connectivity, Tuner,Media, Projections , Voice Recognition and Complete System Test knowledge (both HMI and Functional).
- Must have knowledge on CAPL and Automation work
- Good Understanding of CAN , Vehicle Interfaces and Diagnostics services.
- Understanding of ECU flashing Via CAN
- Understand the Architecture of Software and Hardware
- Good in Scripting to develop Automation from Manual testing
Good English Skills (writing, documenting, conversation)
Has ability to quickly ramp up on the entire system testing perspective.
Good to have-
Understanding of cluster features e.g. Chimes etc
Quickly ramp up on the entire system testing perspective.
Finding defects on system level through Exploratory and Regression Testing.
Complete Ownership of Test Case Engineering, Maintenance of existing Test Suites and Adding Exploratory Test Cases to Test Suite after every release.
Detailed analysis of reported problems, Bug analysis, Bug verification and tracking. Perform reviews and other activities to ensure high-quality results.
Independently handle both Vehicle testing and manual testing request.
Vehicle Drive Test.
Basic Qualifications:
Min 4 years of experience of System Test in Automotive Infotainment and Cluster Domain with a product mindset
Must have knowledge of software and Hardware architecture.
Overall system Knowledge, Vehicle Interface and Vehicle Drive Testing
Knowledge on Testing Quality standards
