Job Description

Verification of fabrication parts as per drawing/ Quality plan,
Layout inspection of fabrication components,
Reporting of Non-conformance parts and Re-inspection of Non-conformance parts,
Co-ordination with manufacturing and related department.
BMS (ISO) activities related to fabrication inspection,
Verification of jig/ fixture.

Key Result Area :

Fabrication component manufacturing area.

Special Skills :

Experience of special process like welding etc.
Reading of engineering documents
Knowledge of root cause analysis
Knowledge of ERP/ SAP,
Decision Making ability,
Experience of NDT technique (dp test)
