We are hiring Customer Care Associates for International BPOs in both voice & non voice process

Excellent opportunity for Freshers to start a career with MNCs

What we're looking for

Candidates with excellent communication skills in English

HSC / graduate Freshers are welcome

Candidates comfortable with rotational night shift & WFO

Experienced candidates can get good salary packages

Age criteria - 18 to 40

All documents, mandatory

Location - Mumbai

Job details -

Handling inbound & outbound calls

Resolving customer queries & issues

Ensuring customer satisfaction

5 days work 2 rotational week offs

One side transport will be provided by the company

Salary range - 10.5k to 33k in hand apart from variable incentives

Location - Mumbai & Thane
