Handling End to End Recruitment (IT & Non-IT) for Clients.
In depth understanding of the recruitment cycle in cyber security domain, Primary focus on sourcing, on boarding, background verification
Experience in end to end Recruitment,
Results driven recruiter with proven sourcing, screening, negotiation, and qualifying skills.
Interacting with Team Leaders to discuss the new job requisition, experience in JD
preparation, job posting, exclusives screening and searching of candidates on Job portals, social networking site and from the other relevant resourcing sources, conducting whole interview process, follows up with Manager and candidate for feedback & joining on timely basis, offer letter roll out, joining / on-boarding formalities, documentations & paper work etc.
Experience in recruitment, BPO / KPO/ MRO/ LPO /EDU, Construction, Real Estate, Telecom, Hospitality and other industries.
Preparing and Presenting monthly, quarterly & yearly performance reports & presentation to higher management in Region Review meetings.
Strength in building long lasting relationships with candidates, clients, and co-workers alike.
Expertise in recruitment, headhunting, industry mapping, Public Relation/ Client relation, Employee Engagement/ redeployment.
Preparation & releasing of offer letter for new joined employees for Internal Joining
Coordinating with vendors to source office facilities, maintenance service and Stationery.
Taking payment feedback from Clients.
