Shift timings: Standard working hours in India

This is a strategic objective across Business/Change/IT to move the organisation to a common agile operating model.
Transformation Coach:
The CFO Agile transformation team consists of 7 Agile coaches and a transformation lead who are focusing on business agility journey across the CFO organization with a strong focus on people & culture.
We are looking to expand the team and are seeking an experienced Agile coach to support our growth in business agility.
They will work with the CFO Agile coalition to improve the Agile capability of teams and individuals, including Leadership and Stakeholders in the area, as well as the global team-of-teams, to ensure effective outcomes for the organization.
Enable teams in high performance journey by exhibiting agile values & principles in day today behaviors. In addition, they will coach leadership on supporting cultural change and achieving effective outcomes for the organization.
Help guide individuals and groups towards self-realisation of their potential & strengths and the approach needed to achieve their goals within the organisational objectives
Generate innovative ideas during facilitating & coaching teams. Challenging the status quo and spreading the positivity to see things which are not seen today.
Key responsibilities:
Provide objective guidance to teams without line management considerations
Coaching teams and individuals on effective engagement and decision making, recognising debt and focusing on valuable outcomes.
Helping to make team's journey transparent and understand the current ways of working and connecting these to the Agile value and principles.
Training in Scrum, Kanban, Product development, coaching skills and engineering practices.
Engage and work in alignment with the Agile coalition globally.
