Job Description

Waiter Roles & Responsibility

    Serves food and beverage to guest according to prescribed service standards and procedures of outlet with emphasis on speed and accuracy.
    Cleans and maintains equipment, tools, fixtures, service area in station assigned.
    Prepares, mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
    Knowledgeable of wines and its proper service.
    Performs any other duties assigned by immediate superior which leads to guest satisfaction and profit for the Restaurant.

Steward Roles & Responsibility

    The steward will be responsible for tending to customers needs such as welcoming patrons, seat them at tables or in the lounge, and help ensure the quality of facilities and service.
    This role requires a friendly, personable, informative, and professional attitude.
    The steward will represent the restaurant and provide guests with clean eating areas, polite assistance, and orderly setting.
    Must be motivated to excel at customer service, and alert to all guest needs.
