Job Description

• Must have min 6 mon-3 year exp in / Recruitment / BFSI Recruitment
• Good written and verbal communication skills / Review and understand job requirement.
• Knowledge of Job Portals to source and screen Candidates for different NON-IT Domain
• Immediate joiner are preferred.

• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for co-coordinating with Team Leaders to understand job specifications
• Sourcing, Screening & Validating profiles for open positions within TAT defined
• Responsible for an interview schedule, shortlisting, follow up with Stakeholders to understand offer closure & negotiation
• Arranging of Drives and document collection wherever necessary
• Updating daily activity in Trackers & business-specific applications with progress on open
• positions
