Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible to deliver Bulk and lateral hiring
• Manage End to End Talent Acquisition cycle (Hiring to Onboarding)
• Liaise with Stake holder and ensure that hiring positions are filled within TAT
• Maintain MIS related to recruitment
• Well versed with hands on experience into headhunting & executive search

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA with specializations in HR (Part Time / Full Time)
• Exp 4 8 years , Age Up to 32 years, 6 Days working
• Atleast 4 years experience into end to end Talent acquisition
• Preferred from Navi Mumbai / Central Mumbai A
