(Roles and Responsibilities - End to End Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, follow up, Joining formalities)

On-boarding process

Desired Candidate Profile - Candidate should have min 2 yrs of experience as a Team Lead from TCS or WIPRO.

Candidate should have minimum 3 yrs experience in IT recruitment (screening, followups, On-boarding process etc.)

Min 5 yrs of experience required.

Immediate joiners or max 10 days notice period candidates preferable.

Excellent communication required.
