• 3 to 7 years of experience in running payroll and good understanding of Payroll Processing Methodology (Experience in US or UK or Ireland or South Africa or India payroll)
• Manage client s payroll, end to end from input to month end reporting. Meet all pre-defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with the client on a daily/periodic basis
• Resolve issues pertaining to the payroll and provide absolute solutions for various queries posed by the client
• Assist Implementation team in testing UAT scripts in pre live stage as applicable
• Coordinate with other teams and work towards smooth functioning of the payroll
• Escalations to immediate supervisor at appropriate times and keep them updated on operational aspects
• Share best practices among the team

Payroll consultants for Project Services team

• Developing functional requirement specifications (Blueprint and change requests)
• Providing delivery advice (Blueprint, configuration, programming or workflow) and ensuring technical integrity of the delivered solution
• Providing advice in data mapping requirements
• Assisting in providing technical requirements for interfacing, reporting and payslips (preparation of functional specifications)
• Coordinating interface file transfers and procedures
