Payments Test Analyst 4 to 6 yrs - Chennai

Job Responsibilities

Understand requirements and transform them into detailed and exhaustive scenarios/ cases

Identify system functional issues on the applications based on the the expected design

Attend requriement walkthroughs, Defect meetings

Highlight- Foresee Risks / issues which may be encountered during the Test Phase

Ability to identify sources and quality of Test Data

Good with SQL queries

Generate Traceability of requirements to Test cases

Display good organizational skills in identifying test scenarios, preparing test cases and defining test requirements

Job Specification:

Strong experience in Functional Testing with Payment Domain.

SWIFT with Payments. Good knowledge in Payments/ cash domain ( MT 103, MT 202 ) Payment clearance expertise, FED/ chips, SQL

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

Should have a good understanding of banking domain particularly with Payments SWIFT messages and functions and processes

Ability to constructively challenge assumptions made by senior stakeholders and influence upwards

Ability to work with high level plans, within a fluid environment and effectively accommodate change.

Experience with functional documentation and ability to understand the scope of change and translate that into test cases
