Ability to execute assignments across diverse verticals (grocery, fashion, durables, etc.) and a range of areas including:
o Business strategy and planning
o Market assessment and opportunity identification
o Market entry strategy
o Feasibility assessment and unit economics
o Competition bench-marking
o Channel management
o Sourcing and supply chain optimization
o Omni channel strategy
o Commercial due diligence
Ability to promptly assess sector level changes and trends and understanding of inter-linkages with the macro economy
Ability to predict sector developments and foresee changes /issues impacting the industry
Ability to manage projects and clients
Ability to build demand forecasting models based on qualitative and when appropriate,statistical analysis
Flair to get market intelligence and skill to sense business and commercial insights
Ability to form hypothesis, validate assumptions, test based on data gathered and write a cogent and logical report
Support to Senior Manager/Director in making presentations to clients and at seminars/conferences
Author and publish articles to showcase thought-leadership and build franchise for the business
Deliver presentations to clients and internal committees.
Business Development
Aid in building and scaling up the customised research and advisory/consulting business in the consumer internet sector by engaging with Senior manager/Director and the business development team
Play an active role in supporting achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets laid down for the business
Making exceptional proposals/pitches along with a strong ability to interpret client needs
