Job Description

Hiring For Front Office Profile for Gurgaon Location please find the job responsibility as below :-   Job Profile   :Front Office (Female Candidate Required)
Experience      :2 to 5 Years Salary Budget :Up To 7.50 LPA Location          :Gurgaon Working Days :Monday-Friday
Shift timing     :10:00 am to 6:30 pm   Key responsibilities and accountabilities:-
  • Handling calls, keeping in mind the sensitivity of each incoming call
  • Managing conference rooms, visitors and client movement.
  • Office Upkeep & Maintenance /Housekeeping/Indoor Plants
  • Managing office/ housekeeping boys /Fire & Burglar Safety /Security Guards/ CCTV Cameras
  • Handling Couriers - Maintaining a record for incoming and outgoing couriers /Vendor Management
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts /Scrutinizing bills pertaining to Pantry, Newspaper, Magazines, Housekeeping, Water,
  • Travel and any other purchases./Office Stationery & Printing
  • Responsible maintaining a log for subscribed magazines/Distribution of cheques to vendors
  • Arranging local transportation/Sending Daily Appointments.
  • Maintaining attendance records - PAN India /Maintaining a record of the invoices couriered
  • Co-ordinate Video Conferencing arrangements with IT
  • Assist Consultants, Assistants, Admin team as and when required.
  • Import documentation for all shipments /Office Get togethers
  • Lunch arrangements: For all Visiting - Clients, Candidates, Consultants, Researchers

  • Deadline oriented and high quality output in documents and other communication / follow- up protocol

  • Understands the brief well, does not need to be told the same thing more than once
  • Quality conscious with an eye for detail meticulous at following templates / other guidelines in work practices, preparing reports, etc.

  3. Unflappable - manages pressure well and effectively multi-tasks
  4. Organized in her work and good with setting priorities

  7. Responsible and willing to take ownership
  8. Ready and willing to volunteer help to other colleagues / teams in crisis
  9. Accountable: willing to take ownership for work / tasks assigned
  10. Desire to learn and willingness to stretch beyond her normal tasks
