Job Description
Designation : PUP Officer / Mini Store Incharge
Location : Surat & Vadodara City
Reports To : Manager PUP operations
Experience : 1.5 to 4 years of experience in a customer facing environment of professional organizations. Working knowledge of computers is also needed.
QSR experience will be preferred.
Qualification : Graduate in any field / HSC

Job Description:
- Receiving & verification of finished orders as per schedule.
- Recording receipt of stock details as per SOP in Goods receiving ERP system correctly & in timely fashion.
- Stack orders along with customer Invoices in storage area such that they can be easily retrieved on demand.
- Issue orders to customers as per their Invoices.
- Reconcile the items issued vis--vis the Invoices and collect money
- Record these transactions in ERP system.
- Handling customer returns, exception scenarios.
- Handling payment refunds etc.
- Facility management at PUPs
- Maintaining customer relations & create a positive atmosphere for customers during their visit.
- Responsible for cash reconciliation with Accounts records.
- Coordination with customer for pending orders and with call center on order updates.
Nature of the Role:
Candidates with pleasing personality, communication skills & adequate Systems knowledge.
Key performance aspects would be Accuracy of work, Efficiencies in operations, process control & timely reporting of exceptions etc.
