The role of PgM will be to drive and enhance productivity and efficiency of our highly creative team in the Experience Design space. Apart from the core task of project planning, schedule development and tracking, we are looking for a person who has the requisite experience and understanding to talk with the UI Designers/Creatives in their language and understand the business needs and do a good job in expectation management, metrics tracking and reporting to stakeholders at different levels.
The person should have good relationship building skills and empathy/appreciation for creative work.

. Builds the project schedule with direction from others.
. Prepares for milestone reviews with direction from others and may be the presenter for the milestone review.
. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis and critical thinking of identifiable factors are confined to a specific project.
. Helps implement process improvements, generally focused on improvements for their project / product.
. Management of risks focused on their project, with guidance / risk identification from others.
. Able to effectively facilitate communication within immediate team. With assistance, tailors content and delivery of communication to the targeted audience. Consults with manager before setting red flag.
. With assistance, understands and articulates the scope of top issues and how they relate/affect the overall product.
. Brings up and resolves project-specific issues in a timely manner. Proposes workable solutions, while considering the needs of the immediate group that is impacted. Looks to manager for assistance in resolving the more complex issues.

. Consults with manager in developing tactical methods to persuade immediate project team and external team members for deployment of actions.
. In consultation with manager, respond to current issues on projects, formulate and present corrective measures, and secure commitment from team members.
