Job Description
HR Net is a Leading Consulting and Executive Search firm in Hyderabad. We handle Recruitment for Middle and Senior Level Management for various Industries PAN India.
Presently, we have the below opening with our client.
Position: Tech Ops Engineer (Linux/Windows Admin) (Permanent Position)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 4 to 10yrs Exp
Job Location: Hyderabad
Company: IT Software Product Development MNC Company - Gaming and Financial Domain. Our client is a 10yr old company in the market with offices in UK & India. India office is medium size set up, planning to grow in the near future.
What you'll essentially need:
- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Good Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Should have 4 years of experience in Linux/Windows Administration
- Basic Knowledge on virtualization tools like KVM, VMWare etc.
- Should have knowledge on Apache, Tomcat and DNS
- Should have experience on any Monitoring tools - Nagios Preferable
- Basic Networking and Troubleshooting Skills
- Should be able to Install Windows desktops
- Should have knowledge on Window Active Directory, Exchange/office365
- Should be an active listener and a fast learner.
- Knowledge of cloud would be additional
- Knowledge on CI/CD Devops tools would be additional
- Able to work in shifts (24X7)
What you'll do:
- Proactively monitor and maintain all Linux/Windows Systems to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service
- Engineering of systems administration-related solutions for various project and operational needs
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of Linux and Windows Systems.
- Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
- Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
- Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
- Monitoring Jira service desk tickets
