Key Responsibilities:-

Responsible for meeting the sales targets asset for the US and other geographies Such as UK.
Hire, build, manage a sales team, and aggressively hunt for new business.
Manage a pipeline of opportunities from the own network as well as the company's lead generation activities.
Handling a Team of 15 team members with 8 people from the lead generation team.
Conduct periodic reviews to achieve revenue targets.
Build and foster a target-driven approach for pre-sales, marketing, and sales function, setting a unified direction to ensure priorities are always clear.
Recommend continual improvements that outline the changes needed to transform the organization into a sales-driven environment.
Implementation of marketing and sales strategies, content roadmap, and related collaterals
Manage the sales team
Set and track sales targets.
Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
