Position: Recruitment Executives (Recruiters) No. of Positions: 4

Job Profile:

- Understanding Client requirement - Running relevant search on Job Portal

- Screening CVs

- Converting suitable candidates & Scheduling interviews

- Briefing & Grooming applicants

- Regular & Strong follow ups - Willing to work as an Individual Contributor

- Should be Target oriented

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Male/ Female - Any location

Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate

- Good Communication Skills (English Mandatory)

- Awareness of MS-Office (Excel & Word) - Minimum 12 months of recruitment & headhunting

experience (Mandatory) - No Freshers

- Should be well versed with Job Portals & other Online tools - Should have PC / Laptop with stable broadband connection

Other Information:

- Permanent Work From Home

- Rs. 15.000 fixed + 10% Commission on billing*

- Minimum 6 hours login on daily basis
