Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities- Resolve customers queries via Calls/ Emails/ Chats
- Ready to work for Rotational shifts
Criteria
- Qualification : 12th minimum/ Graduates
- Fresher and Experience both apply
- Graduate/UG both apply
- 9 Hours Rotational shift & 1 week off ( rotational)
- Good communication skills with fluent English + Hindi or English + Telugu required
- Age criteria - 40 yrs
Note : Own laptop/ desktop with Window : 10 and WIFI connection is mandatory.
