Roles and Responsibilities
  • Resolve customers queries via Calls/ Emails/ Chats
  • Ready to work for Rotational shifts
Criteria
  • Qualification : 12th minimum/ Graduates
  • Fresher and Experience both apply
  • Graduate/UG both apply
  • 9 Hours Rotational shift & 1 week off ( rotational)
  • Good communication skills with fluent English + Hindi or English + Telugu required
  • Age criteria - 40 yrs
Note : Own laptop/ desktop with Window : 10 and WIFI connection is mandatory.
