Job Description

The Job role is divided into 2 parts:

Run:
1. The core of the job responsibilities will be to run a team capable of serving clients

2. Ensuring growth of the clients as well as your own team members

3. Creating a portfolio which corresponds to the teams size and cost.

Build:

1. Strategizing based on the evolving market conditions at a team level and organization level.

2. Being able to train your direct reporters to promote to your level (long term build)
