Job Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Production/Testing Supervisor will report to the Manager Production and assume a key role in managing Daily production and related activities.

We are seeking a talented, motivated, and top performer to join our team in this role.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production activity
• Manage receiving of BOM item from stores for smooth running of plant.
• Knowledge of the charging/Discharging operation for Li-Ion battery
• Aware about all type of test line charging, discharging, OCV, communication test, IR test, rapid test, BMS testing, testing procedure as per AIS 048
• Track inventory of materials in WIP and maintain inventory management system on line.
• Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues escalate to team as necessary
• Monitor all safety and environmental issues and report any issues to manager production
• Ensure work site free of any waste and maintain neat and clean plant
• Train and supervise operator as required.
• Identify the training need or the operator and communicate the same to reporting manager.
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Experience in production of a Li-Ion battery (Preferable)
• Problem analysis and trouble shooting
• Knowledge of basic automation and Lean tools
• SAP Knowledge
• Strong understanding of Control plan and FMEA
• documentation as per IATF 16949, EHS and OHSAS
• Excellent technical, communication and planning skills
• Team building and positive attitude
• Quick learner
