Job Description

Maintenance and formation of program related dashboards - Drive initiatives to monitor and improve seller performance and customer experience. - Work cross-functionally with all stakeholders including Business Development teams, operations, product and finance to improve the Packaging material supplies of Flipkart MarketPlace sellers. - Understand the Dropship/Self Shipment Fulfilment construct and ensure sellers are onboarded and monitored with the right metrics. - Drive initiatives to bring down the damages due to Packaging adhered by MarketPlace sellers. - Data gathering/downloading from available resources. - Regular analysis and updates to relevant stakeholders to drive results. - Close coordination with the Business Analytics Team to arrive at insights.
