Role: Business Development Manager/ Executive - Emerging Corporate

Job Location : Rajkot, Vadodara , Anand , Gandhidham, Morbi , Jamnagar

Key Responsibilities :

• To acquire New to Bank Customers and pursue new business relationships.
• To reach out to High Net - worth individuals
• Attract potential customers for Trade & Forex services thus generating fee based revenue.
• To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with existing customers.
• Acquire new business by selling Banking products like Savings Account, Current Account,
• Debit/Credit cards and IPG & Asset products.
• Maintaining & activating customers for Trade transactions within T + 3 months thereby generating value &revenue.
• Cross selling asset via business banking, loan against property, Home Loan and business loan.
• Finding new customers from open market by travelling within the local area/branch allotted.

Work Experience :

1-5 yrs of experience in BFSI and NBFC sector only.

Candidates from other industries will not be considered.

Desired Behavioural / Functional Traits

• Should be young and energetic with passion for sales
• Good in communication with fluency in English and local language
• Strong customer service orientation with process adherence
