Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing the timely preparation and reporting of statutory accounts, Consolidated financial statements and annual reports of companies in the group in conformance with all regulatory accounting standards
• Assist in Audit & Finalization of group Companies including tax audit.
• Consolidation of Accounts as per New Company Act 2013
• Periodic reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, provisions etc.
• Knowledge of preparation of Financials as per applicable Accounting Standards & revised Schedule VI.
• Knowledge of GST.
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing.
• Advanced Tax Calculations
