• Assisting in finalization of accounts with schedule annexures

• Bank MIS, Stock Statement, Tax Assessments, Statutory form issuance receivable follow-up

• GST Monthly and annually return filing

• Finalization of tax audit

Direct Taxes:

• Timely filing of Corporate Income Tax Returns

• Assessments and Appeals preparation and submission of the required details; and preparation / drafting/submission of replies and appeal points for assessments and appeals

• Liaison and appearing before tax authorities for assessments and appeal hearings.

• TDS Administration proper deduction and timely deposit of tax.

• Employees Taxation

• All compliances relating to Indian direct taxes.

• DTAT / DTAA matters for Foreign Remittances.

• Preparation of 15 CA/CB. ROC related work with yearly return.

• Income Tax Computation and return finalization for Corporate, Individual, Trust.
