We are recruiting Customer Support Associates for International BPO & MNC in both Voice & Non Voice Process

Excellent opportunity for HSC / graduate freshers to start a career with BPO Industry & MNC

What we're looking for

Candidates with excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

Minimum HSC qualified

Candidates comfortable with rotational night shifts & WFO

All personal / academic / professional documents mandatory

Vaccination mandatory

Age criteria - 18 to 40

Location - Mumbai

Job Description :

Handling inbound calls & resolving customer queries through voice / chats process

5 days work 2 rotational week offs

Transport will be provided by the company

Salary range for voice process - 10.7k to 44k in hand

Salary range for non voice process - 14k to 30k in hand

Job Location - Bhayander, Malad, Andheri, Powai, Thane, Airoli, Vikhroli, Ghansoli
