Job Description

To make Book-keeping of accounts daily && monthly basis.
To make GST Invoice for outward && Inward supplies in Tally ERP/ Prime.
To make reconciliation of accounts && bank on monthly basis.
Worked with other Accounting Software like AP SOFT, FoxPro, and Billmatic along with
Tally prime.
Knows to Prepare Monthly GST 3B calculations and GSTR1 && GSTR3B return filing on time.
Monthly TDS payment and doing return filing on quarterly basis.
Monthly Salary transfer, Creditors Payments by online.
PF/ESIC payments by online && and its adjustments in Tally.
All records/files keep confidentially by official way.
Knows to do better financial operation of a business.
All Tax related matters do consult with CA upto date.
Preparing yearly IT return docs, Audit requirement docs and files in good manner.
Closing Stock Preparation && make accounts upto finalization.
Assisting Auditors while company audit
