Job description:

• Should be working closely with the managers to ensure the deliverables as per the standards and customer expectations
• Should plan, conduct schedule meetings and drive the production team to meet daily TAT & assured quality
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and handle queries from the production team
• Maintain communication with clients through emails/calls regarding queries, escalation, and feedback
• Maintain & update workflow trackers, follow-up, monitor & deliver days schedule

Required Candidate profile

• Any graduates with good communication skills in English
• Male candidates are preferred as this role demands night shifts (one/two weeks a month).
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) is highly preferred
• Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive, and should have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be ready to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
• Work from the office and home on a rotational basis after the training period

Salary: Rs.2,20,896 per annum, Monthly take home - Rs.13,656 + Overtime allowance and Night shift allowance.

Location : Coimbatore

Shift Timings: (Weekly rotational shifts)

• 6:15 am - 1:45 pm
• 1:45 pm - 9:15 pm
• 9:15 pm - 6:15 am
