HDFC securities is hiring for Digital Relationship Manager for the DIGITAL GROWTH CENTER at RT Nagar .

Roles and Responsibilities: 

1. Assist customers to transact digitally 

2. Outbound/Inbound calls to reach to the mapped customer base on daily basis. 

3. Strive to achieve business targets as per assigned portfolio 

4. Cross sell/Upsell to increase product penetration 

5. Customer onboarding and activation 

6. Proactive retention of customers 

7. Interact with clients on research calls, advisory to keep Clients active & increase revenue       

8. Converting and generating revenue from dormant customers. 

9. Resolving Customer Query. 

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree.

• Key Requirements:
• Fluent in English both verbal and written communications. 
• Basic understanding of capital markets business .
