Job Description
:Project Manager - Automation / Project Manager Solutions
Looking for Project Manager - Automation / Project Manager Solutions who will be having excellent
communication and leadership skills, rich experience in managing multiple test automation Projects
and experience in using multiple tools, expertise in developing automation framework, automation
strategy, RFP support, working on POCs and client presentations.
Role and Responsibilities:
Should be able to take up complex projects and deliver it end to end.
Completes projects by coordinating resources and timelines.
Contribute to program/project review meetings.
Maintains the organizations effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and
supporting strategic plans
Hire/Train/Motivate/Mentor and allocate resources on new projects.
Provide leadership and direction to team.
Participation in project reviews and Internal as well as External audits.
Contribution towards test automation practice by conducting training sessions, developing
reusable assets, conducting interviews, RFP support, working on POCs.
Requirements:
B. Tech. (Computer / IT), MBA preferred.
Approx 8-12 Years of relevant Test Automation Experience in developing QA strategies
inclusive of people process and tools(open source or commercial test automation tools).
Hands-on knowledge of Selenium/Java.
Working experience on any ERP e.g. Salesforce, Oracle, SAP.
Good understanding of creating/Managing Validation Programs.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline and Integrations.
Working knowledge of Test management tools like ALM, JIRA, Qtest
Very good understanding of automating APIs.
Practical knowledge of defining scope, project Objectives, creating Test Plans, Test Strategy,
Design documents, schedules, reports, and other project collaterals.
Good understanding of the Pharma domain and delivering test automation projects for any
pharma customer.
Strong in conceptualization and implementation of ideas.
Should be able to assist the Team in creating automation solutions for complex legacy
applications.
Good database knowledge
Good Stakeholder management skills and resolving inter-team dependencies and other
issues.
Ability to handle work pressure and tight deadlines.
Good communication Skills.
