Job Description
We are looking for candidate with following skills to be worked onsite for our client Capgemini .
Skill: MS Dynamics AX 2012 Finance
NP- Immediate to 45 days max
Exp : 9 to 12 yrs
He will be travelling within 3 months of his/ her joining.
Location will be Hongkong.
MSD Finance JD:
- The role holder will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the IT development team and business units for the development and implementation of new financial systems and enhancement of existing financial systems in alignment with the Client requirements.
- Analyse the application and system requirements and propose the best approach to meet the business requirements for clients finance functions
- Support functional testing, user acceptance testing and system integration testing for all financial processes and provide functional trainings to business users
- Analyse and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes, identify opportunities to increase efficiencies for finance business applications by studying the business function, gathering information and evaluating requirements, and drive sustainable and quantifiable business process improvements
- Field calls from end users across regions experiencing functional issues with software products/application, resolve complaints and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue in alignment with the defined SOP and SLA Support monitoring of systems for smooth operations
- Coordinate with the AX team in testing of solutions to ensure that it meets the set standards and requirements Participate in the support shift rotation to ensure adequate global business support coverage Identify and document gaps, perform and support configurations during multiple phases of projects and testing cycles
- Follow-up on open problem tickets, provide a proper resolution with a quick turnaround, track issues until closure and ensure logging of all issues Support test plans, test results, migration approach, root cause analysis and maintain related documents as required during execution of the projects; ensure completion of work in accordance with the set project timelines
- Analyse and document complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications Keep training manuals and knowledge base decks updated and available for team use Update functional knowledge and skills by pro-actively attending trainings, workshops and seminars and pursuing courses related to the field and applying the best practices
