MIS Associate - - Datamatics Business

Job Description

• Regular data collection from different teams for data compilation as per management report formats
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS preparation
• Preparation of attendance, attrition, utilization, SU, billing, productivity reports, timesheet tracker etc.
• Shift management and rostering
• Preparing PACE (incentive) report, monthly revenue report and work in progress report
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports deliverables to Clients/Internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations for internal & external reporting
• Follow up with all internal stakeholder for timely submission of MIS reports and analysis
• Coordinate with the support functions, IT, HR and Admin.

Working days - Mon-Fri

Job timings- 11am/12pm-8pm/9pm
