Position: Sr. Manager Recruitments
Location: Coimbatore India
Type: Fulltime
Description:
This role is expected to perform not only Recruitments but also needs hands on Account Management, People Management, Operations Management and proven success in US IT Staffing industry. Needs to handle a medium to big size team and oversee all the operations and hiring needs for the entire center. Must report to senior management on all the developments and logistic requirements on timely manner. Needs previous experience handling team and handling operations. Must be responsible for team performance and self performance in terms of targets.
Requirements:
- Must have over 10+ Years of experience in US IT Staffing vertical.
- Must have minimum a Bachelors Degree and Ideal candidate with Masters in Administration.
- Prior experience in Delivery management, Operations, People Management and Account Management.
