Job Description

Perform activities towards End to end IT Recruitment right from sourcing up to placement.
Learn, understand and practice US staffing best practices
Sourcing & screening and shortlisting resumes based on desired skills and experience through various job portals / social networking / bulk emails etc

Good Knowledge in C2C, W2, US Tax Term

Good Knowledge in US Geographic location, Visa Type

Coordinating with interview-panel for telephone, Skype, and Personal interviews.
Develop customized sourcing strategies for each requirement and build a profiles database.
Use Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer
Post jobs to our internal website and external job boards
