The Opportunity:
Adobe is looking for an outstanding Marketing Automation Technical Manager, who has a real passion for driving marketing operations to bring the best marketing experience and sharing marketing best practices! This role will be part of our Adobe Consumer Solutions Organization.
We are looking for high energy, data-minded, and tech-savvy people with marketing or marketing automation knowledge who can provide strategic and tactical advice based on real-life experience.
What You'll Do
  • Own and drive the execution of a world-class marketing plan for the Adobe business, according to the strategy elaborated with the Life Cycle Marketing team.
  • Manage, facilitate, coach, empower and develop a team of marketing and automation experts covering customers acquisition, users engagement, and content production, with a multi-million-dollar annual marketing budget.
  • Own priorities, timelines, project management and success metrics of the marketing execution efforts with strong accountability on operational excellence in a fast-changing environment.
  • Partner and collaborate closely with other teams: Product Marketing, Life Cycle Marketing, regional marketing teams, Product Management.
  • Drive relationship, timelines and deliverables with major external content production agencies as well as tech, business, and marketing partners.
  • Drive automations and innovations in Marketing Operations - Do More with Less
  • Contribute to overall marketing reporting on metrics and tracking of goals or impact of the various marketing channels.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Impeccable people and project management skills with attention to details while balancing big-picture strategic work: Ability to manage complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Result-oriented, with a getting things done attitude, and the ability to bring the marketing plan to life and keep the teams on track.
  • Passion for creativity and empowering the creator in all of us, flexibility, grit, and resilience to thrive in a fast-moving global, and diverse environment. Open-minded, collaborative, and coaching mindset and attitude, strong ability to work in a multicultural context.
  • Ability to be data-oriented and ROI driven on all marketing operations, to support the team in efforts that move the needle.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of marketing experience in technology or professional services, with consumer brands or agencies.
  • A minimum of 5+ years experience in software development.
  • A healthy balance of confidence and humility in the face of ambiguity
  • Flexible to work in 4 pm to 1 am IST shift
  • Based on business critical need, flexible to support on holidays or weekend
