Job Description
As a HR Trainee you will involved in Complete Recruitment cycle. You will get a chance to Interact with the Seniors on Learning the process of HR.- Good Analytical and Interpersonal Skills
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Ability to Multi Task
- Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed
- Proficient in MS office
- Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers. Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers.
- Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review.
- Following up the Joiners.
- Documentation.
- Constant Learning.
- Understanding the recruitment process and Delivering on Time.
- Completing the given Task on time.
