Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering required or

ME with specialization in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning or with

Industry : Automotive relevance 8 to 12 years of experience in Product design function, related

Should have experience in the following products

Automotive Air Conditioning HVAC Product

Knowledge on AC loops, AC Controls & Engine Cooling system

Expertise

[Radiator, Fan & Shroud & Condenser] will be added advantage.

Job Key Results

Demonstrates innovation at component and System level.

Interaction with customer to review engineering feasibility, design

reviews and build reviews.

Areas:

Design & Validate to meet the key requirements & deliver at specified deadlines.

air conditioning system, HVAC & Compressor design.

Strong Competency on New Product Development Process

Experience on Automotive Air conditioning system HVAC

Development.

Experience with thermodynamics/simulation will be an added

Required

CAD knowledge (CATIA, Unigraphics, etc.)

Strong interpersonal skills for involvement with internal & Customer

project teams.

Drive cost reduction activities
