What you will do

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Insurance sales goals achievement through:
• Recruiting leaders and agents on commission basis
• Provide necessary training to agents
• Supervise the activity plan of all leaders and agents to ensure targets are being fulfilled as per predefined levels.
• Promote and motivate agents

Desired Candidate Profile

Designation -   ADM

Experience - Minimum 06  month in insurance

salary -02 to 04 Lakh

Skills

• High confidence level and good communication skills
• Good leadership qualities
• Should be well networked
• Entrepreneurial and commercial drive for results
• Highly motivated and Enthusiastic
• Knowledge of insurance sales and related process.
