We are looking for an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist for our prestigious client, which is one of the fastest-growing online beauty stores in the fashion industry worldwide. The candidate should have Intermediate-level relevant experience and should be able to take full responsibility for managing and delivering content marketing strategies for our clients. The candidate should be a creative marketing professional, preferably writing creative digital advertisements across social platforms including various digital marketing campaigns. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. You should be able to expand our client's digital footprint and brand awareness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Education:
Marketing background candidate with expertise in Digital Marketing, a dedicated course/diploma in Digital Marketing will be added Advantage.
