Job Description
- CRMNEXT, Salesforce, Microsoft
- Dynamics, or any other Standard CRM or Lead Management Systems.
- Ability to quickly understand complex ideas and communicate them in simple language.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across various business units to scope and
- understand their needs.
- Working closely and collaboratively with Business Users to devise effective solution.
- Exceptional Analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft excel.
- Gathering requirements and authoring business requirement documents (BRD)
- Preparing Business System Design Documents.
- Preparing and delivering presentations and Demonstrations of the software to various stakeholders.
- Provide First Line Technical support for software support teams Business Users.
- Conduct technical review meetings with vendors and business users.
- Conducting training sessions as a part of team transitions.
- Preparation of test cases, use cases, Application testing etc
- Willingness to work outside the strict job description parameters , thinking creatively about how to
- use CRM product analytics to improve business outcomes
- Strong attention to detail.
